OK first go open Visual Basic's 2008 or 2010 > New Project > NAME > DONE

TOOLBOX>BUTTON>ADD-IT> MAKE IT ANYNAME LIKE EXIT> SIZE IT AS BIG AS THE FORUM OR AS BIG AS YOU WANT IT > DOUBLE CLICK ON IT> CODE IS BELOW

MsgBox("ERROR, SHAMWOW HASENT ARIVED TO YOUR HOUSE YET", MsgBoxStyle.Exclamation)

if you want to change it delite the EXCLAMATION and it will show many more!
